Shipping
Information
USA ORDERS:
Most orders will arrive to you within 2-4 working days. We ship
by the US Postal Service. Most customers choose Priority
Mail - $4.95
for most orders (unless quite heavy). Priority Mail is the
default
shipping option. If your order is $100 or more (not including
shipping),
then it ships for FREE by Priority Mail. Wisconsin orders ship
First-Class Mail and most arrive overnight. Your
other option is Express Mail, which reaches some areas of the US
overnight, although for many destination zip codes, Express is a 2-day
guarantee, NOT overnight. For Express we will
charge you $20.00 extra (unless very heavy items are ordered, in which
case the actual postage amount will be charged). If you
prefer
Express, please INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION of
your online order, and you will be charged the extra $20.00. For
mail
orders, simply write in "Express" in the shipping section and include
$20.00 extra.
FOR
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we have two shipping options. The first
option is
Airmail, which usually takes from 5-15 days in transit. This is
how
your order will be shipped if you do not specify another
preference.
Most orders ship Airmail for the base cost of $4.95 (unless package is
heavy). If you order $100 or more your order ships FREE to
your
country, unless it is very heavy, in which case shipping will be
charged at cost. Airmail is very inexpensive, however it does not have
any tracking capability. The second option is Express
Mail International, which usually takes only 3-5 days in transit
and also allows the package to be tracked. If
you prefer Express Mail International, please
INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION
of your online order,
and you will be charged accordingly. Remember that clearing
Customs in
your country can often take an additional 7-20 days. For
orders to other countries please note we will not be held responsible
for anything that happens to an item after transferring from
our hands to the shippers,
for example delays or seizures by customs or loss or damage by foreign
postal services. We will not ship an item to any country where it
is
prohibited, nor will we mislabel any item, so please do not ask.
