Ordering Options ORDERING ONLINE USING EITHER YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OR OR YOUR PERSONAL PERSONAL CHECK WITH 'PAY BY CHECK' is simple and completely SECURE! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your information is sent in secure encrypted form via our Secure Online shopping cart (SSL) In addition to ordering online, you also have the option of mailing in the credit card order which the shopping cart system has prepared, along with payment. Most items ship SAME DAY if ordered by 4PM CST! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS If you are ordering from another country, you can pay by credit card online OR you can mail your order to us with an International Money Order in United States Dollars (payable to 'Pure Land'), or with US Currency (by Registered Mail ideally). When mailing your order you can use the - Printable International Order Form OR add items to the shopping cart and print the order to send along with payment. Please note : *We do NOT ship to AUSTRALIA, We do NOT ship seeds or dried botanicals to BRAZIL!* If you are an international customer using a credit card, you MUST own the card and we must ship to you at the card's billing address, or to your name at your preauthorized alternate address. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY NAME OTHER THAN THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD; PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORDERS WITH BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO THAT DOES NOT MATCH. We ship by the US Postal Service for both U.S. orders and for orders to other countries. In the U.S. we ship by Priority/First Class Mail w/ DELIVERY CONFIRMATION- $4.95 for most orders (unless heavy). Your other option is Express Mail, which reaches most areas overnight. For Express we will charge you extra ($15.00 extra for orders 3 lb.s and under). If you prefer Express, please INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION of your online order, and you will be charged accordingly. For mail order write in Express in the shipping section and include $15.00 extra. FOR ORDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES, we have two shipping options. The first option is regular Airmail (which usually takes from 4-12 days in transit and cannot be tracked or traced, although it is lower in cost). This is how your order will be shipped if you do not specify another preference. Most orders ship airmail for the base cost of $4.95 (unless package is heavy). The second option is Global Express Mail, which usually takes only 2-5 days in transit and also allows the package to be tracked. If you prefer Global Express, please INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION of your online order, and you will be charged accordingly. For orders to other countries please note we will not be held responsible for anything that happens to an item after transferring from our hands to the shippers', for example delays or seizures by customs or loss or damage by foreign postal services. We will not ship an item to any country where it is prohibited.
